By providing exciting new learning opportunities to children of all backgrounds, together we can enable the next generation of brilliant minds to harness the power of technology, invent the future, and make the world a better place.
A Note From The CEO
As a entrepreneur who has always been fascinated by technology, I knew that after my MBA I wanted to explore the maker movement and its technological offerings. However, I found that opening the door to working in STE(A)M wasn’t as easy as I thought.
I began wondering about those people that had no technical background but wanted to get involved in STE(A)M. How could we get them learning STE(A)M without the same struggles I endured? With this thought of making the Maker Movement accessible to everyone, MakeXchange was born.
Why MakeXchange
At MakeXchange, we believe that we learn better when we are both comfortable and curious. For that reason, each kit is thoughtfully designed to implement STEM focused concepts in a way that feels more like playing rather than learning. By designing our products from the ground up we are able to evoke those creative states of mind, remove barriers, and transform through fun.
We also further tear down these barriers to STE(A)M education by donating a portion of our profits towards expanding access to STE(A)M Education in underserved communities. By doing so, we hope to accomplish our mission of making the future brighter.... For everyone.
